Services Overview
All too often an investment is made in the latest tools or software only to have it remain underutilized or even completely unused. The investment is made with great hope and promise but soon after the realities of learning a new tool, managing change, and the daily pressures of the church’s normal duties distracts the church from its goals.

Fellowship Technologies provides an array of services to ensure that the church utilizes Fellowship One effectively and to its fullest potential. Our Services teams are organized into three different, but closely aligned, areas: Customer Services, Professional Services, and Development Services.
Customer Services
- The Education group, or as we call it Fellowship Technologies eUniversity, is responsible for the initial product education of a church new to Fellowship One. They also provide a number of continuing education opportunities through refresher courses, new product feature training, webinars, etc.
- The Support Services group provides online knowledge bases, online support tools, and phone support to customers seeking assistance or simply wanting to offer suggestions for improvements. The Support Central team offers the broadest support of any church management software company on the market today. Our staff is available for “live” email and phone support from 6am to 10pm Central Time, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
- The Customer Care team provides a deeper level of support for churches requiring additional assistance. They also proactively contact churches that we detect are underutilizing Fellowship One and could possible use our assistance.
Professional Services
- The Delivery Services team consists of experienced individuals that guide churches new to Fellowship One through the implementation process. They work closely with the church’s leadership to ensure everyone is fully trained, that the system is properly configured, and that the data is correctly converted from the previous church management software to Fellowship One. Most importantly, Delivery Services mentors the church through the change management process that is present but often ignored in software implementations.
- The Consulting Services team provides customized, on-site, best practice consulting of church and/or Fellowship One processes. Our consultants have worked with churches ranging from new plants to the largest church in the U.S. These churches are from many different denominations and locales.
Development Services
- The Reporting Services team provides a vast library of pre-built reports and should a church require a complex, custom report to meet their specific needs then our experience report development can assist the church with the report’s development.
- The Data Management team can assist with any number of different data services such as data conversions of disparate databases, duplicate reduction, etc.
- Custom Product Development services are available through a Joint Development Program (JDP). Through the JDP qualifying churches can pay a significantly reduced fee for custom features and modules within Fellowship One to be developed on their behalf by the Fellowship Technologies product development team.
