Manage church activities and events
Fellowship One provides an advanced set of management and tracking features for church activities and events. An activity is any event, class, worship service, etc., for which you want to track attendance, estimate and track volunteer staffing, or require registration. Activities are configured in a multi-tier hierarchy to allow each church to model their specific reporting structure. Activities can be defined as a one-time event or on one or more recurring schedules.
Attendance tracking
More important than tracking who was at the church activity or event is figuring out who was not there so you can follow-up with them
Attendance tracking enables the church to understand who attended the activity and more importantly, who was not there so you can follow-up with them. Attendance is also a valuable factor to consider when evaluating your members' progression to becoming a full-time follower of Christ.
Fellowship One Check-in is used to take real-time attendance and view all active classrooms in a single view. Ministry leaders can determine which rooms are over- or under-staffed, and can move the staff from room to room as needed. Date/time specific rosters are available for each activity down to the different rooms, locations and breakout groups that are included in the activity.
Volunteer staffing assignments
The church can define job roles, desired staffing levels, and create staffing assignments for each activity or event. Using Check-in or Post Attendance you can record staff attendance and compare the actual against the planned staffing levels.
