Experience community with other F1 users

Experience Fellowship One

We developed the Fellowship One community portal to foster interaction among the thousands of Fellowship One users around the world. We called the site “Experience”, it is located at Experience.FellowshipOne.com.

The Experience site is a vibrant and growing community of over 8,000 individuals. It has a number of different elements that provide countless opportunities for users to learn new things and assist others.

Blogs

We publish several company and product related blogs. The blogs provide information about company news and events, product previews and release notes, and Fellowship one usage and process best practices.

User Forums

The user forums provide an opportunity for Fellowship One users to interact with each other. You can search the existing topics to gain new insights or perhaps find an answer to an issue you’re experiencing. Or you might post a reply or answer to a question for which you have some suggestions. And you can post a new topic or question to see if the community of users can assist you. The Fellowship Technologies’ staff also regularly interacts on the forums to make sure every question is answered appropriately.

Ideas

Ideas is an area where Fellowship One users can post new product ideas and enhancement requests. Other users can then comment on and praise (vote for) their favorite ideas. Our Product Management group monitors the Ideas, the point totals, and the comments, and using the results as input for future product releases.

Best Practices

Here you will find a library of best practice guides that outline our recommended configuration, usage, and process methods for effectively leveraging Fellowship One. You can also access all of the Dynamic Church Conference training and session materials.

Education

On the Education tab you can access a FREE library containing over 24 hours of on-demand product training videos. You can review a schedule, and register for, live instructor led courses, or register for one-on-one training and consulting time.

Regional User Groups

Regional Users Groups (RUGs) provide a way for you to share information and experiences with other Fellowship One users. Possibly you are the only person at your church with a specific ministry or administrative responsibility and want to collaborate with others in a similar position. By joining and participating in a RUG you can interact with your peers to exchange ideas, best practices, and processes about Fellowship One and other interests to increase your church’s effectiveness.

Developer community

We provide a section target specifically at Developers. You will find the latest news and information about our Application Programming Interface (API) as well as code examples.

Application Status

On the status tab you can see the current operational status of Fellowship One, view page load counts and render times for the past 21 days, and test your connection speed to/from the Fellowship One data center.
