Implementing Fellowship One in your church
Fellowship One is an enterprise church management software solution, with many highly configurable and customizable features. Although Fellowship One is easy to learn and use, some initial training and consultation is required to get the most effective use within your church.
Fellowship Technologies offers several different implementation packages to meet the needs of any size church. The goal of the implementation process is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the church, and its ministries, through the use of Fellowship One. The objectives are a quick deployment and rapid results, process and workflow improvement, accurate and complete data, and full feature usage and acceptance.
Implementation packages are offered in three different methodologies.
Turnkey Implementation
In conjunction with the church, a Fellowship Technologies’ Delivery Manager provides hands-on guidance throughout the implementation process. Turnkey comes in three variations.
- Remote – no on-site visits, all implementation activities are completed remotely via phone, email, and WebEx sessions
- Hybrid – delivery manager will make one on-site visit to the church for the Implementation Consulting session; all other implementation activities are completed remotely via phone, email, and WebEx sessions
- On-site – delivery manager will make two on-site visits to the church for the Discovery and Implementation Consulting sessions. All other implementation activities are completed remotely via phone, email, and WebEx sessions.
Assisted Implementation
Best suited for smaller churches that have basic ministry functions and prefer to self-learn the solution. Many of the tasks performed by a Fellowship Technologies’ Delivery Manager in the Turnkey methodology become the responsibility of the church to enact with some oversight and guidance provided by us.
Self Implementation
The church will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation using the free online training videos, user guides, and help files.
