Relaxed Yet Professional Environment
Generally, our staff wear jeans and t-shirts to work each day. Most have a work schedule with flexibility to accommodate personal needs. A lounge is provided to decompress or play a game of foosball. Despite our relaxed atmosphere, we maintain a highly professional environment. We respect every individual, take pride in our offices and our work, and we are always focused on the end result – great products and services for the church.
Where Traditional Meets Contemporary
Our office design features a mix of elements from both traditional church decor to a more contemporary style. Stained glass, church pews and wooden church doors offer a stark contrast alongside modern elements such as high definition televisions, modern furniture, and an open warehouse-style work area for the product development team, complete with wood floors, brick walls, and contemporary furniture.

We encourage our staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance and to take care of themselves. We provide training opportunities, conferences, mentors, and leadership programs to sharpen your mind. We partnered with LA Fitness to provide discounted membership packages and we offer in-house exercise and wellness programs. We have a strong Christian atmosphere that is welcoming to all, willing to listen with confidentiality, and pray for you when you request it.
